As a shift lead, I was responsible for closing and opening the store, training new hires, handling any unexpected situations in the store in a professional manner, and troubleshooting issues with store equipment such as the pos system or espresso machine. In addition to these, I provided stellar customer service to make every customer feel welcomed and have their needs met. While working at Dazbog, I mainly worked in the Castle Rock store, but I also worked at some hospital stores and even worked at the Denver Convention Center location.
